Hampton Inn Cumming

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Mama Fran who added a personal touch to breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable. However, the jets in the jetted tub were dirty, which was a letdown.

Location: the hotel was very close to state parks and retail / restaurant options. In the evening we went to Ihop, located relatively near the venue.

Helpful staff at the front desk.

We arrived at midnight after a long drive only to find our reservation was canceled without notice! The front desk had overbooked rooms and didn't bother to inform us, leaving us stranded and furious. It took an hour of arguing to finally get a room. This sheer incompetence is unbelievable and completely unacceptable.

Warm and accommodating staff

The staff were genuinely warm and cute, especially Mama Fran. The king room wasvery comfy and tidy. I appreciated the availability of complementary hot beverages and the fresh cookies in the afternoon. The Wi-Fi could have been more reliable .

It was very clean and comfortable with modern amenities

Comfortable and excellent place to stay in Cumming, everything was exceptional. Had reasonably priced room for the soaking tub for a really really nice stay. The hotel has unbeatable location not far from restaurants, grocery stores, and as well as the foothills. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby O'charley's.

We really enjoyed our stay with the kids! The facilities were great, offering plenty of fun activities for the little ones. And the breakfast had a nice variety that kept everyone happy.

My kids wished for better availability of pool hours.

We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff as well as the overall quality of the Inn. Mama Fran is truly an asset to this particular Hampton Inn. She makes you feel as though you are visiting her home.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff were helpful. During my previous visit to a different hotel in cumming, this one was great with its really good breakfast offerings including fresh baked pastries.

The breakfast was awesome with freshly baked pastries! The staff was super friendly, especially Mama Fran. Just had a minor issue with the bathtub drain not working 😊
